At Send a Love, your happiness is our priority, which is why all of our products come with a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase within 72 hours of receiving it, we’ll do our best to find a solution that meets your expectations.
Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Delivered in Good Condition
- If an order arrives in good condition and on time, but you’d still like to return it, please email us at [email protected] with your order number.
- Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. After this time, we’re unable to process returns.
- A flat $7.95 handling and delivery fee applies for each returned item.
Broken or Damaged Item Policy
- If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a photo to [email protected] along with your order number so we can replace the item at no cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
- Due to our fast processing times, we offer a 3-hour cancellation window. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated, as orders are often already packed and scheduled for shipment.
- If needed, you can still return the package for a refund, minus any payment gateway transaction fees.

Refund Deduction
- Payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, etc.) charge a non-refundable transaction fee of 3.5%-4.7%.
- For example, if your order total was $125, PayPal’s 4.5% transaction fee would reduce the refund amount to $114.60.
- For orders under $99, a $7.95 per-item fee applies to cover transaction costs.
Personalized Products - Return Policy
- We cannot accept returns for personalized orders (e.g., custom names, dates).
- However, store credits or discounts up to 50% may be offered if needed.
Customer Error Policy
- We cannot accept returns due to customer error. Please double-check customizations before submitting orders. We’ll do all we can to ensure your satisfaction.
Holiday Season Policy
- During busy holiday seasons, we strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to high volume or unexpected conditions.
- Refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting Send a Love or our carriers. Thank you for your understanding.
